Responsabilities and activities
  • Look after the general maintenance of the property;
  • Manage different projects related to the property, health and security;
  • Supervise technical maintenance and household cleaning of the facility at all times;
  • Perform maintenance tasks if necessary;
  • Coordinate and supervise the work of subcontractors on specific projects;
  • Coordinate repair work in empty apartments;
  • Conduct surveillance on a regular basis in the building and on the land to make sure everything is in working order;
  • Respond effectively to service calls and technical requests from tenants and handle emergencies;
  • Undertake all regular maintenance procedures to the building (pump tests, repairs, preventive maintenance on other property equipment, technical equipment, etc.);
  • Supervise the operations when new tenants are moving in;
  • Introduce corrective measures, when needed, to fix recurring problems;
  • Support property managers by executing other related tasks.

Required qualifications
  • 3 to 5 years of experience
  • Knowledge in building systems technology (an asset)
  • Desire to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Ability to keep good relationships with tenants, managers and other departments in the company
  • Dynamic, well organized, available, self-reliant and resourceful
  • Skills and experience in manual work, know-how in plumbing, electricity and general property maintenance
  • Ability to work under pressure, during long hours, sometimes more than 40 hours a week
  • Safe work habits
  • Bilingualism
