The COVID-19 global pandemic has dramatically changed current priorities and has raised awareness that infectious diseases can cause tremendous harm to both individuals and to our society. We are now faced with an urgent need to invest massively in research.

The hospital hopes to raise $7.5 million to make this happen. All funds raised will be administered by the Jewish General Hospital Foundation team and will be dedicated exclusively to the new Centre of Excellence for Infectious Diseases. As of June 30, 2021, Groupe Devimco and its partners have already raised more than $385,000, which has been donated to the Foundation.
