PROPERTY CLEANING OFFICER

Responsabilities and activities
  • Carry out the usual housecleaning chores, such as: emptying garbage containers, cleaning the garage and office spaces, common areas, bathrooms, elevators, windows, etc.;
  • Conduct visits and surveillance rounds on a regular basis in the building and on the land to make sure everything is clean;
  • Perform cleaning duties outside the property: pick-up the trash, shovel the snow in front of the entrance, keep the parking and courtyard clean;
  • Manage the cleaning products and equipment inventory;
  • Help in preparing the apartments in-between tenants;
  • Introduce corrective measures, when needed, to fix recurring problems;
  • Support property managers by executing other related tasks.

Required qualifications
  • Household cleaning work experience in a similar environment (an asset);
  • Desire to deliver outstanding customer service;
  • Ability to keep good relationships with tenants, managers and other departments in the company;
  • Have a valid driver’s license;
  • Being comfortable with driving an ATV;
  • Well organized, available, self-reliant and resourceful;
  • On time, honest, responsible and meticulous;
  • Able to work under pressure, during long hours, sometimes more than 40 hours a week;
  • Safe work habits;
  • Bilingualism.
