Responsabilities and activities
- Planning and coordination of work;
- Budget monitoring and update;
- Establish and follow the deadlines;
- Approval of monthly invoices and payment requests;
- Approval and verification of contract amendment requests;
- Follow-up on the approval of shop drawings;
- Participation in the tendering and contracting process;
- Coordination of the various project stakeholders, including professionals and subcontractors;
- Production of project completion documents.
- Bachelor's degree in construction or civil engineering;
- 3 to 5 years of experience;
- Have completed the complete construction cycle of at least two multi-storey residential towers in concrete structure.
