PROJECT COORDINATOR

Purpose of the position Under the responsibility of the project director or project manager, the project coordinator assists the project and site management team in the activities of a project. The coordinator works on the construction site or at the office, monitors progress and ensures the quality of the project.
Responsabilities and activities
  • Planning and coordination of work;
  • Budget monitoring and update;
  • Establish and follow the deadlines;
  • Approval of monthly invoices and payment requests;
  • Approval and verification of contract amendment requests;
  • Follow-up on the approval of shop drawings;
  • Participation in the tendering and contracting process;
  • Coordination of the various project stakeholders, including professionals and subcontractors;
  • Production of project completion documents.

Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in construction or civil engineering;
  • 3 to 5 years of experience;
  • Have completed the complete construction cycle of at least two multi-storey residential towers in concrete structure.
