Dedicated customer service for commercial and office tenants
Groupe Devimco has its own Customer Service department for the tenants of its commercial and office spaces. The team in charge of this division is comprised of seasoned managers with extensive experience in commercial building management.
At your service before, during, and after the move-in
Once the lease is signed, a manager is on hand to answer any questions and guide the tenant through the construction process. In this way, Devimco Immobilier is directly in contact with each tenant even before they move in to ensure that the premises will meet their needs. The Customer Service team is on hand to assist the client’s designer and provide support in applying for permits with the municipal authorities to carry out the work. Once the premises are ready for occupancy, the Customer Service division remains available for the move-in and official opening.
After the tenant has moved in, the Commercial and Office Management division performs certain maintenance operations to ensure the quality of the customer experience. Preventive maintenance of the heating and air-conditioning units and housekeeping of common areas are carried out by our teams. Snow removal, landscaping, parking lot maintenance and cleaning of common areas such as corridors, lobbies and public washrooms are all taken care of.
It is possible to get a quote for additional services that are not included in the operating costs. If a tenant wishes to carry out renovations or improvements on their premises, our team can assist them and put them in touch with trusted contractors or provide skilled labour, as required.
Finally, an emergency service is available at all times to act quickly in the event of water damage or other incidents.
