In operation since 2013, Devimco Immobilier’s Residential Service division aims to ensure a high level of quality at every stage of the property acquisition process. This department comprises nearly 30 professionals whose mission is to provide an exceptional buying experience.

Our team is there for you, every step of the way

Once the promise to purchase has been signed, the Residential Customer Service division aims to ensure the client’s satisfaction. This department comprises three teams:

Customer service

Our Customer Service department supports buyers and maintains fluid communication with them. This team is on hand following the signature of the sales contract and remains available to answer any questions relating to the acquisition process (financing, deposits, visits to the notary, accounting, legal aspects, construction follow-up, etc.). This division coordinates all stages of the purchase to ensure that the project delivered meets both the buyer’s expectations and Devimco Immobilier’s high quality standards.

Delivery service

The Delivery department works in close collaboration with Customer Service and the condominium syndicate. This team is present on construction sites in the months leading up to delivery, and its role is to certify that the quality standards are met both in the units and in the common areas. In addition, the Delivery department oversees the customization of condos and coordinates any necessary adjustments and conducts pre-acceptance visits with the buyer before the notary’s visit.

The team also gives each buyer a welcome gift—this unique Devimco Immobilier initiative shows the team’s dedication to offering an unparalleled buying experience.

Condominium syndicate

Customer Service also works with the syndicate. Long before delivery, this division is involved in the design and management of the building to create a flexible and safe living environment while respecting the legal structure of the initial syndicate. The division thus creates the condominium syndicate, ensures delivery of the entire project to the syndicate, acts on its behalf during the transition period, makes decisions to ensure sound management and the sustainability of the assets, hires a manager and assists them in setting up the co-ownership and supports its administrators after the transfer in all matters relating to the syndicate’s assets.

Customer service provided throughout the project warranty period

Buildings designed by Groupe Devimco are covered by a 5-year Association de la construction du Québec (ACQ) warranty. In addition, each residential unit comes with a one-year builder’s warranty. Customer Service is always available to respond to any requests related to these warranties.
