This year, the Public Market is back at Place de la Gare with delicious local products from more than 20 local artisans and producers, a lounge area with coffee and games to entertain you, as well as new merchants every week at the tables tournantes<\/em>. You could also win one of our gift baskets worth $250 by entering our festive contest.<\/strong><\/p>\n

From July 3 to September 18, Solar Uniquartier is setting the table with the summer\u2019s most delicious culinary finds. On the menu: tasty dishes to enjoy on-site or at home, vitamin-packed vegetables, wild fruits, gourmet treats, premium organic meats, Quebec wines and more. Let the season of gourmet gatherings begin!<\/p>\n

Back by popular demand<\/h2>\n

This year, seven of our must-see events are back. The organic market garden farm Aux P\u2019tits Fruits<\/a> (strawberries, raspberries, flowers and Quebec corn), Fruits \u00e0 GoGo<\/a> (an impressive selection of dried fruits and natural herbal teas), Les d\u00e9lices du verger<\/a> (an amazing variety of olives), \u00c9rabli\u00e8re Maurice Jeannotte<\/a> (syrup, butter, sugar loaves, pies, crumbles, puddings, pies, quiches, veal meatballs, etc.), Vignoble \u00c9mile-Auguste<\/a> (white, ros\u00e9 and red wines), Boulangerie Ange<\/a> (fresh bread and pastries) and Bistro Plus<\/a> (artisanal sausages, premium meats, duck ravioli, marinated flank steak, ribs, chicken wings). Enjoy their oven-baked pizzas and European hot dogs, cooked on-site!<\/p>\n

The Public Market welcomes new merchants<\/h2>\n

New for this 3rd edition is a family-owned business from Saint-Bernard-de-Lacolle, ideal for all your morning coffee: Bean et Bonheur<\/a>, the master roaster.<\/p>\n

If you’re looking for a food and wine pairing for dinner, Ferme d\u2019Artagneau<\/a> (lamb producer) and Ferme Les bouch\u00e9es doubles<\/a> (poultry, pork and veal producer) offer you meats grown with love, in the greatest respect for the land and nature.<\/p>\n

Our Public Market would not be the same without its local roots and greens. L\u00e9gumes frais du jardin<\/a> (local), Au jardin d\u2019Edem<\/a> (organic), Mystic Myc\u00e9lium (fresh, wild and cultivated mushrooms) and La Famille est dans l\u2019Champ d\u2019Ail<\/a> (fresh garlic and derived products) will add taste and colour to your favourite recipes!<\/p>\n

To end on a high note, Les Accords Parfaits<\/a>, a fine grocery and wine store will present a collection of objects inspired by l\u2019art de la table<\/em>. Finally, Tells Self-Care<\/a> will display a premium selection of products for your well-being.<\/p>\n

To enhance your experience at the Public Market, discover new merchants and businesses in the tables tournantes <\/em>area every week. This is a great opportunity to discover local artisans!<\/p>\n

To give you a taste of what’s to come: 94 Celcius Micro-torr\u00e9facteur, le Triple \u00e0 4<\/a> (sauces and marinades with vegetable proteins), La Transformerie<\/a> (spreads, marmalades and sauces aimed at stopping food waste), Domaine Britannia Mills<\/a> (renowned for its hot sauces), Finfinoix<\/a> (cashew spreads), Lili et Gordo<\/a> (Mexican ready-to-eat), \u00a0Wise By Nature<\/a> smoothie mixes, \u00c9leveurs et fromagers Missiska<\/a>, Les d\u00e9lices d\u2019Arnaud<\/a> (foie gras and duck products), Folie Douce<\/a> (rhubarb products) and many others will be there!<\/p>\n

Solar Uniquartier restaurateurs Vertigo<\/a>, Mon Ami<\/a>, and Kampai Sushis<\/a> will also be joining our merchants to offer you a unique gourmet experience.<\/p>\n

To relax and have fun, our summer market’s lounge and caf\u00e9 area awaits you with comfortable Adirondack chairs, picnic tables and a playground. Share quality time with family and friends and challenge yourself with a variety of entertainment options: children’s drawing boards, skill games (giant Jenga, Molkky, Washer) as well as board games (domino, chess, backgammon).<\/p>\n
