As the promoter of the now-mythical Quartier\u00a0DIX30, Devimco pioneered the development and implementation of integrated projects, borough revitalizations and living environments, as well as the creation of exceptional destinations. Here are Devimco\u2019s major achievements over the past year.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Some stats<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Devimco\u2019s market share is growing on the Island of Montreal. In the closing quarter of 2017, it sold over 2 out of every 3 condos in the Griffintown neighbourhood, and over 1 out of every 2 condos downtown, in the Square Children\u2019s ESTWEST project. Devimco also sold out its O\u2019Nessy and Exalto projects during the year and launched the MaryRobert condo project in Griffintown. A total of 294 apartments were rented last year alone in the Shaughn complex in downtown Montreal, a clear sign that the rental market is expanding. Moreover, Devimco is proud to have sold out half the units of Solar Uniquartier\u2019s Magellan Condos project on the south shore over last year\u2019s closing quarter!<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Brilliant achievements<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>In Brossard, Solar Uniquartier was regarded as a major, cutting-edge and eco-friendly project, as well as a resounding success for Devimco, which focuses on innovation and sustainable development. The group also created a new internal residential sales team and launched Edyfic, its own construction company.
