Customer service<\/h3>\n

Our Customer Service department supports buyers and maintains fluid communication with them. This team is on hand following the signature of the sales contract and remains available to answer any questions relating to the acquisition process (financing, deposits, visits to the notary, accounting, legal aspects, construction follow-up, etc.). Delivery service<\/h3>\n

The Delivery department works in close collaboration with Customer Service and the condominium syndicate. This team is present on construction sites in the months leading up to delivery, and its role is to certify that the quality standards are met both in the units and in the common areas. In addition, the Delivery department oversees the customization of condos and coordinates any necessary adjustments and conducts pre-acceptance visits with the buyer before the notary\u2019s visit.<\/p>\n

Condominium syndicate<\/h3>\n

Customer Service also works with the syndicate. Long before delivery, this division is involved in the design and management of the building to create a flexible and safe living environment while respecting the legal structure of the initial syndicate.
