        At Groupe Devimco, we promote access to environmentally friendly modes of transportation by integrating bicycle paths and pedestrian zones into our projects. We also select locations providing direct access to public transit such as the metro, buses and the REM.<\/p>\n

        We focus on urban areas that are well served by structuring public transit networks (STM, STL, commuter train, REM) to reduce CO2 emissions, promote active mobility, and enhance users’ well-being.<\/p>\n

        To ensure exceptional quality of life, the efficiency of structuring public transit (REM) and to increase accessibility to pedestrian areas, we used a concept of dense development by promoting urban connectivity (bike paths and highways).<\/p>\n

        By countering urban sprawl, densification addresses the social, economic, and environmental challenges of recent years.
